Payment options

SparQ Family Dental accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Insurance processing

The practice offers billing assistance as a courtesy, submitting claims to insurance carriers on behalf of patients. Most insurers respond within four to six weeks, with patients receiving monthly statements thereafter.

Patient responsibility

Patients are liable for any charges not covered by insurance. Additional services like lab work or biopsies are billed separately by those providers, requiring direct payment from the patient.

Payment arrangements may be considered if discussed in advance of treatment.
